help locating CSS doctor in Bavaria

I am an American living and working in Bavaria. I have CSS. My local internist is helping with symptom management but my disease continues to be active with many flares per year in one part of the body or another. If any of you know how I might locate a specialist doctor in Wurzburg/Nurenberg area who would help to control the underlying disease I would be very pleased.
